Invoice System

Need a app or even excel program for invoices. I want to record some invoices, transactions, customer information. So basically I can check the latest status, amount details of any customer/invoice whenever needed.
Do not need a application solely for print as my purpose is only for logging or records . Any suggestions.
There are many names I found therefore please kindly advise.

Well, it depends on what your selling. I use WHMCS. Just look up billing software.

I use Express Invoice by NCH Software, well laid out and you can set up customers billing details and email it straight to them
