Alternative to Safelinking?

So I recently discover something called
safelinking
when one person would like to share their link to another but with the convenience of protection against web bots and random Internet users.
Very nice and useful.
However, there’s another problem. Even though you have given the safelink and password to someone you grant access to, the final stage is for them to click thru a link which is the original link you created or uploaded.
Therefore, the original link
is
still exposed, and that individual you share to them privately–can simply just copy and paste the original link and share it with anyone else they want.
The whole situation/method can still be compromise.
My Question:
Are there such a service or services, similar to
safelinking , but the final stage of a click-thru to an original link can only be seen as just a randomized web link?
Example:
Original link is
www..org/original/posted/by/usernamehere
Randomized the original web link regenerates as
www..org/81ae61a2WEfa3513tT3atilOi32rt45715rgZinf53

I think i know what you’re wanting, but at the end of the day, you’re still going to have to supply the original link, or how else are they going to download it.

The reason for protected links is for protecting your links from getting reported and deleted not to prevent sharing..
The other protection link we allow here is the bottom of the rule:

#4.2 If you choose to post a link it should benefit everyone and must not be a site of the following categories:
Web hosting. Referrals. Affiliation. sites. Sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access. Links within posts that links to non-allowed 3rd party in order to gain access to the content (eg Link protectors, Text files, Altered links, Links directory...). To clarify, we only allow either direct links to content or use of allowed 3rd party services listed below:

Truth is that protection link site HELPS getting other to one click stealing your link or report it instead of having to do it one by one. Just a detergent. As for the randomized web link. Its impossible. Each host has its own unique link which link to the file you wanted to downloaded. Enter one letter wrong and you could end up with error or another different file.
