Won’t unzip on zipeg

Hi! I am trying to extract this download using Zipeg. But I keep getting the message that it is corrupt or not supported? I am confused to what it means? Does it need a password perhaps? Thanks Lou.

use winrar to unrar it and prob wasnt downloaded right hence why its saying corrupted
