Using theme forest templates Illegally

I would wish to know that If I use Theme forest or anyother templates illegally which i have downloaded from sites will I get arrested or some legal action will be taken???.
I am in India and can i Use these templates

If you are going to host a website online with templates you didn’t pay you should consider not doing that. Just saying.

I wouldn’t use it, but that’s just me.
I’m sure there are other people using them, but it’s really up to you.

Depends on how much traffic you’ll get really.
If it’s just a personal website or an experimental one which won’t grow, I’d say go ahead and use it.
If your website might grow and get known, then no – not worth the risk.

cmon mate, no one will arrest you to use the theme forest. you are not only one who uses.. millions of users are using these stuff. keep it up and cheers

basically the most that will happen is that the copyright holder will either contact you or host with dmca take down request. in theme forest this is very unlikely since
it would have to be the designer who would have to do the leg work. but if you like their
work why not support them. also make an account they are constantly giving away free stuff themes etc.
