Unable to use IDM 6.08 with filesonic premium

Hi,
I recently upgraded to IDM 6.08 and since then I havent been able to download any files from FileSonic.
When I click on the direct link, IDM just downloads a file named “Link”
Can anyone help me solve this? thnks
PS: The file downloads perfectly fine if I don’t use IDM (and use the default firefox downloader)

Have you got your correct account number and password in IDM?

Check your Sites Login Tab.

Check if the browser integration on IDM is turned on.

Don’t use Filesonic!
Ok I figured this is probably not the answer so try this. Forget IDM login, open Internet Explorer (not chrome or firefox) login with your user name and password and try using IDM. See if that works and report back.

I just signed up for a Filesonic account. I see on the Filesonic webite that file sharing has stopped.

Filesonic disabled file sharing permanently because of the megaupload take down. If you bought a premium filesonic account, you’re screwed.
Now you can only download stuff you uploaded yourself. It’s ridiculous.
