GTA IV maximum graphics repack

I got the above mentioned game from here http://www.google.com?t=16511799&start=0
I got the max graphics repack, the one at the bottom.
I have a few questions.
1) is this the full game or is it an add-on because I keep getting xlive dll missing when I try to run it, also it only installs with the Russian installer.
2)A weird thing appears when installing with the Eglish .exe: “The Folder Path ‘???? ????’ contains an invalid character”. Any ideas what that’s about The russian installer doesnt seem to have that problem.
Please help guys I wanna play…..
