Facebook Page Help

I have been trying to add a custom flash tab for my FB page.. I have uploaded the files to my server..
I cant get to add the application to my facebook page because the application profile page optoion is not showing up…
Can someone guide me what to do? Is there something I’m missing?
A step by step instructions after uploading the files would be of great help..
