Galaxy S3 problem – Emergency calls only

So i got my phone unlocked and it has korean firmware on my phone and now every sim card i put in on my phone it registers as emergency calls only. I would like to flash or root my phone but i cant seem to download the firmware from rapidgator as it always fails in download due to its sheer size.
Can any please provide solution?
