How to ftp upload from leech

How can i ftp upload from my leech to www.extabit.com
plzz give me clear description with image as i have not used this feature before.

1st go extabit.com – ftp upload. then you can see Ftp username, ftp server, ftp password and port.
then go to leech select any file then choose ftp upload (if Ftp facility available in your leech)
now you put all ftp information in leech and click upload. thats all.
