According to this site the best is firefox
thanks a lot!!!
yes i also believe firefox is by far the safest browser from all of the above….
ive been using firefox for a long long time now… its really really good
but only recently i switched to chrome as it loads faster + i like to remember my own passwords
Probably Opera or Firefox.
Chrome is the best for me.
Firefox? Secure? lol.
chrome is the one i use owing to faster site loading and its very safe.

You expect to rely on your browser for security?
You need to use your head if you wanna be safe!
PS: Just look at the responses, one guy says “product a” is the best, and the other one swares “product b” is the best.
NONE of them are the best, which is why I never use an AV; ever =D
Just use your head, lol…
I wouldn’t worry about which one is ‘most secure’. Just install a good AV and use whichever browser you like the best. If you come across any ‘drive-by malware’ and your browser doesn’t stop it, your AV should pick it up.
If you want a very secure browser, use Firefox with NoScript addon.
Firefox + free avast
Is the most secure

There isn’t a most secure.
My guess is it would be firefox, but it really depends more on the AV than the browser.
Security on the net is very much overrated/hyped up so that software companies can sell their products. Just use the browser you are most comfortable with and a decent anti virus like Nod32 etc and you will be fine. Best security is your own common sense matey and you gain that by experience!!
As in everything, the most secure is to have the head on it’s right place.
Dont know about opera, but i can say i abandoned Chrome when it installed some “addons” by itself from a “not too safe” website. Firefox never did that.
How is that even possible? Chrome does not install random addons from nothing, specially from “not too safe” websites.
Safari obviously because Apple is the best.
Chrome and Firefox i would say.
chrome is more secure
In the end it does not matter what browser you really use it will come down to the security measures you take to help keep you safer online.
Google the most popular browsers then google their secuirty featues.
If your going to use firefox it offers a very good range of security add-ons, but you have to know how to properly configure them (which will entail reading which is a small price to pay for understanding) and how they will work together.
If firefox is your choice the first and most important add-ons are “adblockplus, betterprivacy, noscript and redirect remover”, these are basic requirements in my view.
I use firefox myself so i hope this helps.
