Windows 7 desktop being too large, it’s like zoom in

Hi guys, how do i fix this desktop? it’s like it’s being zoom in and i have tried to adjust the resolution and everything but everything seems normal at 100% and it’s still the same. I tried to make it 125% or 75% but still the same cannot fix the problem. Any idea why this happen and how to fix it? Thanks guys

Resize it on your monitor. There are some option to resize or change ratio.

That because you are connected to a TV , on your TV set the picture resize to “Fit to screen”.

Are you using VGA ?
If so, there should be settings in the monitor’s menu to adjust width and height..or an auto adjust.
