Blue/Green Line MKV

I’ve got a couple of HD MKV files that suffer from the issue of a blue or green line running across the top of the movie.
This is only an issue with a couple of movies so I think it might have to do with the encode itself but if not I’d like some help.

get “PotPlayer” and see if the line shows in that as well

Do you have any processing filters enabled?
(Can you even do that in WMP? xD)
