Internet Download manager Help needed

Struggling with IDM and setting it up properly. I have entered my file host details into site logins in settings but when I copy a link, rather than the 1+ GB size .rar file, I only have a html file which is 20kb or so. I have taken a screenshot. Any help with this will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys

because its SAFELINKING.
You need to open safelinking then go through the process then you can download.

You need to open another browser window copy the safelinking url into it then go there to get the link for {Uploading,Rapidgator} etc this is the link you use in IDM You cannot generate a Sakelinking link straight into IDM

Yes, with IDM, Safelinking needs to be dealt with first..
