you have to restore your Program (Window,Or Andrid) If you restore the problem will Sort out

I have restored it 4 times and it still the same after fished restoring. I don’t know how to fix that.

Sorry I don’t think you have any idea about this. You cannot uninstall IOS, you can only restore it and latest IOS is 8.0.2 and cannot go to earlier IOS.

yes i know the only way i was just checking that did you resotre Ore Uninsatll Becuz If We use Resotre option in any Device All data Got there Old postion and Curpted things got delete Auto There For i ask you becuz may b you were trying to Uninstal and its giving the same error Budy its the only way to solve your Problem if the Problem is Still Continued then no other way to solve your problem
