There are no tutorials for Ghost other than the one they provide as far as I know:

In that, they basically say to get out your css editor and go at it.

My understanding is that you can’t change your theme unless you go ‘pro’ if your blog is hosted on their site. If it is self-hosted, you can just upload your new theme.
