Hi i have this monitor which is a 27 inch
it has 2 USB ports on the side of it but they dont seem to work
someone suggested i might need the drivers but i cant seem to find them

Maybe you need to connect a cable from the monitor to your PC for them to work..Check around the monitor and see if there is a third USB slot..

It will just be a standard USB A to B cable. Have a look for a socket next to where you plug your monitor in.

It’s probably the same sort of usb used in printers and such – with the square end usb.
This should have been in the monitor box..
