FPS Counter?

Hello, i have used Shadowplay and FRAPS and i want to know if there is another FPS Counter i can overlay in my gameplay and position it where i want. I hate that i am forced to stick the counter in a corner, i not only want to use a custom font but position it as well. Can i do this with a program or even do it as an overlay like in Premiere Pro meaning can it detect the fps change in the video recorded and not just live gameplay?

Setting – Monitoring – Look for Framerate – Check it – Check option Show in On-Screen Display – Your good to go
