KIA GDS v.EK-03-01-0000 Multilingual 06/2010

I have downloaded from this site the KIA GDS v.EK-03-01-0000 Multilingual 06/2010 software (diagnostic software for the KIA cars), and when i try to install i got the erorr: Drive.bin openFile failed. I need to help to solve this problem, thx!!!
