Download / Search updates Software

Filehippo has this tool called App Manager that lets you scan your pc for updates then download the updates, just wanted to find out if there are any other tools that do the same sort of thing?

Sumo is considered the best. Horrible GUI but works. Get the lite installer (no adware).
