Gta ballard of gay tony

Wanting to mod a subaru sti into my gta4…
I downloaded the mod, follow the instructions, i was using sparkiv… But it wont open I get a fail application, is this because my version of gta4 isnt legit? Is there a different way on going about moding my gta4.
or is sparkiv compatible with unlegit version?

Are you sure it isn’t that the mod isn’t compatible with your version of GTA?
There are 2 main versions of GTA: 1.0.04 and 1.0.7.0
Some mods are compatible with all versions but some aren’t.
Example:
ENBSeries works well with 1.0.0.4, but has many bugs and degraded features in 1.0.7.0.
