How to bypass iphone lock?

I found iphone 4s and I was trying to remove the code from the lock screen but without success.. Does anyone know how it can be done? How to remove that code? (I went to a shop today and they told me it would cost 20 euro to remove the code .. )
Any ideas how it can be done? thx

depends what you mean by “lock code” IE; if it’s iCloud locked, you’ve got a nice brick.
if it’s just a lock password that you need to enter to get on the phone. easy…
turn the phone off, hold the home button whilst plugging in the USB to your PC and iTunes.
it should say recovery, go ahead and restore and enjoy.
another way is DFU. hold the power button and home button for around 15 seconds and let go of the power button but keep holding the home button. that’s DFU.
again, it depends what you mean!
