How to find out hosting link of a movie?

I frequently use sites that stream movies directly from hosts like novamov or vidbull and usually you can find out the direct link from the video or use flashget on firefox to capture and download video, but sometimes even that doesn’t work. So how do I find exact link behind the flash video? I tried something with “flashbug” in firefox but could not figure it out.

In firebug you have the network tab. If you browse through the connections you will see one having the real video address. You can also find it with the inspector mode of firebug, in the first window, where you will browse the elements of the page.
