Real-Debrid Scam?

I was wondering if someone could help me with this?
In december i’ve purchased a premium membership of 225 days at real-debrid.com / real-debrid.fr
But since a couple of weeks, my account turned into free membership without any notice.. I’ve tried to contact the admins but I can’t reach them..
Is there someone who has the same problem?
Can you give an emailadres?

I, too, would suspect that it’s not a scam but a genuine mistake which I’m sure you’ll get sorted out.
I’ve had a subscription for a few weeks and have been very happy with the service.
I’ve had an a/c there for a couple of years with no probs regarding membership.
