Music download and Ipod Apps.

Hello. usually i search music albums link in this forum and there is a very good stockpile of links. but i have problem to find a few albums here and i’d wondered if any one of you know any good website who contains full music albums, ive already tried google but couldn’t find what i was looking for.
My second question is about ipod apps. i have a jailbroken ipod touch 4 but there are some apps i didnt find at the installous store. can i download them to my computer and then transfer it via itunes? and where can i find free apps download?
