how to Post topic with links ?

I have tried posting topic with link like UL, NF, uploadrocket but I can’t post cause always show warring please, help me how to Post topic with links ?

Links you’re trying to use are restricted.
Use different hosts until it’s lifted.

Try posting without the ul links as newer members are not allowed to post them.
