Security and crypting – Help creating a cloud for students in Human Sciences

Hello everyone, I need all informations, in a strictly order and with full informations, to not leave any clue which permit to came back to me, in creating a cloud/google drive or anything better, accessible for dummies in informatics ~love~.
I know it is a long and boring work for nerds (who I am not), but it would be a great help for my friends and every professionnals and students in human sciences, especially psychomotricity (psychomotor-therapy), orthophony, neurosciences searchers and medico-social workers.
Please forgive me for my langage, I am a French (basterd, if you like to think it).

You either need a server or can rent storage from Google for example, it’s quite simple actually.

you can use mega.nz or dropbox.com (for syncing) they have those secure feature u want
in mega u need a key to download, and in dropbox u have to generate download link for ur uploads
though when u register/login or upload pretty much every host/websites list ur ip, so u have to use a separate vpn or similar service with fake credential and email

I will try this way, maybe dropbox should be more simple ; I’m not very aware about VPN services, and relations with DRM adress, I only know that softwares exist and that a specific DRM adress provided by an open server permit to access to specifics websites (like t411, I’m using DRM adresses by OpenVPN) – can you recommand me a topic/tutorial ? : no there aren’t answers to exams, fortunately ; there are ebooks, articles, reading bookshifts and videos, in one hand particularly rares for someones, usefull in my discipline for students, and in the other hand, very expansives because of there “rarity” or “acknowledgment” in medico-scientific area. I’m not looking for approbation, I’m thinking about this “project” by conviction : although it’s important to buy books to reward authors (what I’m doing quite so much) I’m tributary of a vision of “knowledge for everyone”, that economic system not allow like it should (expansive access to knowledge – higher schools, books, revues, articles, meagre budget of students or medico-social workers, etc) – SO here I am.
