Using theme forest templates Illegally

I would wish to know that If I use Theme forest or anyother templates illegally which i have downloaded from warez sites will I get arrested or some legal action will be taken???.
I am in India and can i Use these templates

If you are going to host a website online with templates you didn’t pay you should consider not doing that. Just saying.

I wouldn’t use it, but that’s just me.
I’m sure there are other people using them, but it’s really up to you.

Depends on how much traffic you’ll get really.
If it’s just a personal website or an experimental one which won’t grow, I’d say go ahead and use it.
If your website might grow and get known, then no – not worth the risk.
