Web design company

Ok so looking a bit of info on this. I have been building websites for my own personal use and I think its time to try make a bit of money out of it.
Few questions I have if anyone could help me out I would be greatful.
Firstly I have choosen my Web host, its going to obviously be the one I use myself personally. Question here is how do I go about billing the customer?
For example to set the up site I would pay the initial 1 year fee for the hosting and domain and include this in my bill to the customer. Whats the easiest way to then pay after the first year? as it will be in my name as im the first bill payer. Do I keep it in my name and then ask the customer for the next years fee or should the customer be paying from the start for the set up and the hosting will then be requesting any further payments from the customer? Tho its kind of hard to ask for money for something that hasnt even been produced yet.
Second, what the best way to price a website and what sort of money are we talking about? (Im in the UK so prices in £ please, can be converted if really needed). Personally I would just be looking to charge a set fee for a website nothing over the top as im just starting out and will be targeting small businesses/companys that will be looking simple “information” websites. Is there any disadvantage in this or am i best charging by page?
Thanks in adance for any help that is put forward.
