Ophcrack usb password help

ok heres my problem when i boot form the usb it loads up all fine and says that it finds the passwords and cracks them and that it has been saved but it doesnt tell me where to, i look on the usb everywher and cant find it so where do the passwords get saved to?

i think you click load and then you can restore your previous session.
when i use the live CD of XP/Vista i usually just write down the passwords.

edit: I got one more question this one is about placeing tables onto the usb. My u sb is only 4gb and the vista tablesare 7gb do i need all the tables and if i do how am i supose to put them all on toit?

i’ve never had any need for the other tables besides the free ones, they are in the /mnt/live/mnt/hda/ophcrack//tables folder on the live CD. if that’s not the right place just click the tables button, then click install, and load them that way.
oh and to answer your previous question, the default location for saving is the /tmp dir, as a .txt file.

I had the same problem just download. The problem comes from the way you installed ophcrack on your USB key. Since the ISO file is not decompressed in your USB key, it can’t find its tables. You should download the tables from our website and put them on your USB key in the “tables” directory. So, for example you could have the vista_free tables in “tables\vista_free” and the xp_free_fast in “tables\xp_free_fast”. It shoud then work !!
