A question regarding PS3 games on this site

Hello, While browsing through this forum I came across a console sub-section. Now I play the PS3 myself but im curious as to how id play the games?
Any and all help is appreciated, whether it be a reply or a PM>

The console must be running a custom 3.55 firmware.

if its newer than 3.55 your screwed but its a lost cause i had my 3.41 jailbroken noone is uploading games anymore dont even bother

That message across as if I weas clueless, im quite the opposite. I wasnt going to jailbreak it or ~censored~ with it in anyway. I was only curios.
