HDD is working a lot

every now and then, HDD works a lot for no reason and after a few minutes it backs to normal. in those moments, when i right click, it appears after 30 seconds ! what should i do ?

Check HDD health with HDSentinel… If everything is ok then format your PC and install new OS, if your HDD is bad, replace it..

You probably have scheduled tasks running (on by default in Windows), antivirus scans, malware scans, automatic updates etc. You should disable all those automatic things, just run them manually when needed.
