Angry birds mighty eagle

has anybody figured out how to unlock the mighty bird(bald eagle) application update for angry birds seasons? tnx

On Youtube there is some clips, But I could not get it to work, you might want to try and give it a go.

The angry eagle just not only let you complete/skip a level, (I completed them all anyway) It adds a new challenge, where you have to try and get 100% per level.
And on the side note I managed to get it at last, by using idwaneo.org/repo/ repo on Cydia, if you are interested.
