How to transform Subtitles?

Hey guys, i downloaded a few 1080p movies with no subtitles and i was looking
for subtitles to add to the movie.
The only subtitles that i found in my language was for this version of the movie:
TS.XViD
What i want to know is if i download this subs will they work on th 1080p version?
Or is there a way or a software that can transform the TS.XViD subs to 1080p
quality subs?
Please someone help me out with this!

Even if subs weren’t bundled with the download package, u can surely search for subtitles by using the release name?

What I mean was that even if u didn’t get the subtitles from where u downloaded the movie, u can still search for them on google.
