Check motherboard

i have some problems white the compter and i think this is the motherbord i have some way to check this program or somthing??

in the last week my mouse is all time is work and off on off and i have times the mouse is off and i need disconnect the cable and connect the cable and the mouse wrk to few min i buy a new mouse and this mouse is dont work good and the windows say me you have a problm on usb and the windows not know the mouse and i have some probleme i usb when i connect hardisk in usb somtimes is work good and somtimes very slow and my hdd on the computer is work slow i check virus and everthing is ok what i can to do ????
and what is model of the mobo

Okay to my understanding the OP is having the following issues:
1) USB Plug and Play is not working correctly.
2) USB Data Transfer is slow
3) Hard Drive read/write slow
Feel free to correct me.
Could you please provide some more information for us?
1) Operating System
2) Motherboard model (previously mentioned)
3) Hard Drive Model
4) Computer Model (If purchased from retail store.. dell, acer, hp etc.)
If you dont know your motherboard and hard drive model, please at least post your operating system and then maybe we can help you to find the required information.
If you are able to, please ensure system is updated and also check if drivers are updated (if unsure please ask)
