how do you change the picture of your channel??? like the thumbnail pic next to name of your channel when you watch a video of the channel….right now it shows the pic of the latest video i have uploaded, but i want it to be a pic i have on my comp or one i found on google images….

In Youtube click (at the top of the page) Account–>Personal Profile–>Upload an image. There just upload the image you want to use. Good luck mate ^_^
