Windows Xp profesional sp2

Hi guys, am looking for this version of windows but for an upgrade. Most ups ive found say chances are it won’t work if i try to upgrade or dual boot. Can anyone direct me to a good one?, thxs, specially if its one you’ve used personally.

i tried upgrading again and i keep getting problems. There is always one or two files that fail to be copied and therefore when trying to install it says xxxx file can’t be found, setup fail. Any ideas? I tried looking for the specific file in Google but nothing arises. They;re always .sys files too.

If files can’t be copied then it could be the way you write your ISO to disk.
Write it at 4x speed for absolute certainty ……. slow but effective!
Then it might be your CD/DVD writer ……… try uninstalling it then reinstalling again.
Another way to overcome file copy issues is to make two CD’s of the ISO …… then when it comes to the ‘file cannot be copied’ insert the other disk then press to try again.
