First let’s get the basic stuff out of the way. Update your LAN and athernet adapter drivers and see if it makes a difference. Also, is there anything else going on between your PC and your ISP? Meaning, are you using a wireless router or anything? Also try typing these two lines in the CMD:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
After that’s done report back here. Good lick mate ^_^

It is possible that your”vnp dialer” only accepts a certain IP from your PC, and then gives you a world IP.
Get it?
Because when I change my PC IP, my internet stops working, because my Router only accepts a certain IP. With world IP i mean the IP shown when you browse, the pc IP is just the connection between pc-router or that vnp dialer I think.
So if you remember’your old PC IP try this;
Open up Status window from your net
Go to the 2nd tab,
Press Details
How is it configured? Manually? Automatically? Is the IP that stands there the same as you used to have? Yes, then I cant think of what the problem is.
No? Is the IP there different?
Then try this;
Go back to the first tab, properties
Select “internet protocol TCP/IP”
Properties
And there fill in your old pc IP, and the other data you will need to find out, if you remember that then that is awesome.
