Windows help :( System disk?

every time i try to start up windows after the bios menu it tells me to insert system disk, ive inserted the system disk and it still says that some one please help

are there any other errors that occur or does it only say “insert system disk”?

you got a CD in or USB drive connected ?
remove them/it

Sounds like your HD is messed up, at least the boot sector. You need to boot using the Windows CD, then press R to use recovery console. In there type FIXMBR and FIXBOOT then try again. If it still wont work, boot again with the Windows CD don’t press R but proceed to the Windows install and choose REPAIR to install on top on your current setup without losing any files.
