Windows 8 Installing Games Proble

Hi
When installing games on windows 8 im having big issues
i have tried the theta version of AC3 and the black box version black box comes up with an error code think it was -8
and theta just stops responding on 32%

Maybe your download is corrupted for the theta version.
Please post a screenshot of the blackbox error.

Ok seems sims3 has done the sais there some piracy thing in place on windows 8
