Windows 7 not genuine

i Have Windows 7 ultimate edition which was downloaded from this site over a year ago n has been running perfectly but recently its keeps coming up with a sign that says windows is not genuine is der anyway of removing this ? Thanks .

You could get rid of Windows Activation as a whole by using Remove Wat.

You probably installed update Kb971033. We will first need to unistall this. Go to start control panel (view by large icons) programs and features.
In left panel click view installed updates.
Scroll to you find Kb971033 and uninstall it.
Next lets change the way your updates work.
Go to start control panel windows update.
In left panel clik change settings.
Set this to download updates but let me choose when to install them.
Download remove wat from forum and run it very easy. Reboot computer and now we will recheck for updates so we can set kb971033 to hide itself.
Start control panel windows update.
In left panel click check for updates. It should find Kb971033.
Right click on it to see options. Check the box to hide update. Should be all set and good to go. Good luck.
