Will earplug reduce radiation from headset?

I need use headset for long time, and I will suffer from headache when exposed long to its radiation. Will earplug reduce the radiation? Is there anyway I can reduce the radiation level?

You can get radiation from a mobile phone but not a headset
unless maybe it’s wireless..

Sound is just pressure waves, you do not need to do much.
Although I’d avoid using headsets as there is more pain over long endurance wear.
Use speakers when possible.
