Why won’t windows 8 update download?

It said “downloading 82 updates (0 KB total, 0% complete)”. Its been like that for about 20 minutes so how can I fix that?

As I know, progress can “freeze” sometimes…..so, just wait.

Take a look at the end of C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

As I know, progress can "freeze" sometimes.....so, just wait. Yeah it shows it like it it’s frozen but it was downloading the whole time and the updates is installing now.
