why does my keyboa`rd type a` like this? wtf

Seems like a few keys could be stuck in the down position. Even if the button seems to not be pressed the actual mechanism that registers keystrokes underneath the key could be stuck. You have a few options. First replace the keyboard. Secondly you can try to take the keys off. It might require a bit of force, but they should pop right off. After you get they key off insure that none of the underlying parts are stuck down. If you have spilled a drink on it at some point then this is a likely cause. I would start with both alt keys as well as a few of the keys that seem to be pressed.
Also I suggest you try another keyboard to see if you get the same problem.
Also post what type of keyboard it is if you know.

uninstall and then reinstall the keyboard in windows device manager

the keyboard was getting dirty so I put through running water to clean up the inside the keys now its acting up but its all good I opened it up and dryed it

You never use water to clean this stuff.Next time be careful because you may have a bigger problem
