whats the best program for recording game replays?

I’d like to ‘cast’ some replays of starcraft 2.
What program should I use to capture the video/audio?
I tried FRAPS, but it’s audio is choppy.
I tried camstudio, but the video blinks What program do you think would be the best?
I have an i5-750, 4gb 16000 ram, msi nvida 250gts 256 bit w/ 0.5 gb gddr3, and windows 7 32 bit.

Here is a different method, you can use xfire to live stream and have a buddy or you on a different PC recording the stream, overall it impacts your PC very much less, then fraps or any other recording program.

Fraps is the best, works great.. HyperCam is good too, never tried them with Games though
