What program helps me to split screen in 4, instead of 2?

Windows 7 has a screen management functions that allows a user to size a window to half of the screen, when the window is moved to the edge of the screen.
This only allows a user into having two halves.
I want a program that allows me to split my screen into more sizes, such as three times 1/3 or just 1/4, and thus every corner.
Which program helps me hereby?

I think the program ultramon can do this but i am not 100% sure

If you talk about setting up desktop picture use DisplayFusion…Works for me.
