What do i need to take

Dear, I have a question, What do i take best (Fileserve / rapidshare) Friends tell me to take rapidshare but if i search for anything its nothing for rapidshare. Please help me guys!

It’s a matter of personal preference mate. If I’m not wrong quite a few uploaders still use RS so you might as well get a premium with them.
Although it is to be noted that if your just downloading a few files, go with MU free.

In which case MegaUpload would suffice your needs of one file a month as you say.
Grab a MegaUpload link enter the CAPTCHA and then your off, you shouldn’t need a premium account.
Just to confirm, this won’t cost you anything.

MU is especially good for free users, though.

Fileserve is best if you choose to pay, Megaupload and Mediafire are awesome for free users.
