now my back ground is black and it says i need a registration key or something.
is there anything i can do to make it work again?

Hm, did you tried to update it?
The easiest way is to install it it again and if its activated, don’t update it and disable windows update.

Windows 7 loader by Orbit and Hazar. This only works if the system hasn’t detected your key though. So you have to reinstall.

What I’m trying to say is, your OS is pirated or didn’t have its key inserted.
So MS will flag some information to your system to lock you out if you tried to update it.
