uTorrent Download Limit?

I have 25/2 Mbps internet connection.

uTorrent Downloading only with 2.8 MB/s, not with 3.0 MB/s. BitComet Downloading with full speed.

25mbps is roughly a 3MB/s download speed. Your getting 2.8 MB/s thats normal. You wont always get full speed because its a torrent. Hell… speed go up and down when downloading directly.
That look normal to me. I have 105/20 and I actually never see an 13MB/s on an torrent or even at 10MB/s >.>

yea, you are getting almost 25mb speed and speed varies in torrent scene.
25 Mbit/sec = 3.125 MByte/sec = 3200 KByte/sec
