So how do mods know how any accounts are hacked?

this account has been hacked?

When people are infected by key_logger/pass_stealer there acc info become exposed to hacker. Then usually a hacker use the acc to post bad links like phishing links. In this case the acc owner is innocent and he/she don’t deserved a ban but the acc should be close/ban so Mods write down The acc has been hacked instead of writing I’ve been permanently banned.
So how do mods know how any accounts are hacked?
It’s there job.
