two fullscreen apps on Different monitors

Is it possible to watch a movie on a tv and I want to play a computer game on my pc monitor at the same time is it possible?
OS: Win 7 64 bit
gpus: dual 7970

i think you can do when you can maximize a program it will come to only one monitor you can give a try and post back here

Just get a video player that supports multiple monitors. VLC does.

im using it right now but whenever i start my computer game the movie freezes yet sound keeps going

You will need to run your game in Full-screen (Windowed Mode).
